Our ready to post products take 1 - 3 full working days to be dispatched.

Made to order products

Our made to order products take 2 - 4 full working days to be dispatched. This includes Blossom & Bo hair accessories and clothing.

Order tracking

Orders are sent using a tracked service. Please check your dispatch email for your tracking number.

Returns policy

Returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery.

Personalised items made specifically for you, such as items embroidered with a name, cannot be returned. This does not effect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your item has been received and checked, your refund will be processed within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. 

If you cancel your order under your statutory cancellation rights, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded. Any additional cost for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
